1Who we are

This website is operated by GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd (registration no. E(1)1836), a real estate agency registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEA) Malaysia, together with our Real Estate Negotiator Henry Tan Jin Jiang (REN XXXXX, Agent Code GTJB03837) ("we", "us", "our").

We are an independent marketing agent for selected KSL Realty projects. We are not the property developer, and this is not KSL's official website.

This Privacy Policy (which also serves as our Personal Data Protection Notice) explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you use this website or contact us, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (as amended) ("PDPA").

2Personal data we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiry details: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the project you are interested in, and any message you write, such as your budget, preferred unit size or timeline.
• Conversations: information you share with us when you WhatsApp, call or email us.
• Purchase-related information: if you decide to proceed with a booking, the developer and other parties may require further details (for example IC or passport details). These are collected only at that stage and for that purpose.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: browser type, device type, approximate location (city/country level), pages visited and time spent on the website.
• Advertising and measurement data: if we run online advertising, cookies and similar technologies may record that you visited this website, clicked an advertisement or tapped a WhatsApp button. See Cookies and advertising.

Providing your name and phone number is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry. All other information is optional. If you choose not to provide the necessary information, we may not be able to assist you.

3How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiries and send you the project information, e-brochures, price lists and availability you request;
• arrange show-unit visits, viewings and follow-up discussions;
• assist you with the booking and purchase process, if you choose to proceed;
• introduce you to the developer's panel banks or solicitors, at your request;
• keep you updated about relevant KSL Realty projects, where you have agreed to receive such updates (you may opt out at any time);
• measure and improve the effectiveness of this website and our advertising;
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements applicable to property transactions, and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

4Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary for the purposes above, with:

• The developer (KSL Realty and its related companies): to check unit availability, register your interest and process a booking you ask us to make;
• Panel banks, solicitors and financial institutions: only when you ask us to introduce you, for example for a loan eligibility check or the Sale & Purchase Agreement;
• Our agency: GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd staff and management, for supervision, record-keeping and compliance;
• Service providers: such as website hosting, WhatsApp (Meta), email, and advertising and analytics providers (such as Google), who process data on our behalf or under their own terms;
• Authorities and regulators: where required by law, court order or regulatory request.

5Cookies and advertising

This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Google Ads conversion tag. Where enabled, this helps us understand which advertisements lead to enquiries (for example, a tap on a WhatsApp button) and, where applicable, show relevant advertisements to people who have visited this website ("remarketing"). Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

You can control or opt out of this at any time:

• manage personalised advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com;
• learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites;
• opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices;
• block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, though ad measurement may not.

We may also advertise on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. If you contact us through those platforms, the platform's own privacy policy also applies.

6Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers (for example WhatsApp, Google and our website host) may store or process data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data receives a comparable level of protection, as required by the PDPA.

7How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Generally, this means:

• enquiry records: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them earlier;
• records relating to a booking or purchase: for as long as required by law, regulatory requirements and our agency's record-keeping obligations.

After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

8How we protect your data

We take reasonable practical steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These include limiting access to those who need it and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm, we will take the steps required under the PDPA, including notifying the authorities and affected individuals where required.

9Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may:

• access the personal data we hold about you and ask for a copy;
• correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date;
• withdraw your consent or ask us to limit how we process your data, including stopping marketing messages at any time (simply reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or tell us);
• ask us to transfer your personal data to another party, where this right applies under the PDPA;
• ask us to delete your data where it is no longer needed.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the time allowed by the PDPA. A fee may apply to data access requests, as permitted by law.

10Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of this policy, the English version prevails.
